EliteHub UK delivers across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£).
Free UK delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders placed through our website unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Buy 2 and Buy 3 bundle offers also qualify for free shipping as displayed on the product page.
Processing times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays), usually within 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when it leaves our fulfilment centre.
UK delivery
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and UK islands may take longer.
We use reputable UK couriers including Royal Mail and major parcel carriers.
International delivery
International shipping may be available to selected countries. Delivery times and customs charges vary by destination.
Import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient unless we state otherwise.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
